MR. WONG HIN SHEK, HANS Chairman Mr. Hans Wong has over 17 years of experience in corporate finance, including mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings and many local and international equity syndications such as placements and underwritings. Before joining Veda Capital, he worked in a number of reputable Asian-based investment banks and the Listing Division of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. He is the founder and chairman of Veda Capital Limited and is also a registered responsible officer in advising on corporate finance. Mr. Wong is also the founder and chairman of Veda Corporate Services Limited being principally involved in the provision of company secretarial services to private and listed companies. He holds a Master of Science (Financial Management) degree from University of London in England and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University of Toronto in Canada. MS. FONG MAN, JULISA Managing Director Ms. Julisa Fong has been working in corporate finance since 1996 and is responsible for the execution of corporate finance transactions and the fund raising activities of equity capital markets in Greater China covering a wide range of industry sectors. Before joining Veda Capital, Ms. Fong worked in a number of reputable Asian-based investment banks. She holds a Master degree in Business Administration and a Master degree in International Public Affairs. Ms. Fong is a responsible officer under the Securities and Futures Ordinance in Hong Kong.
